The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking bids from qualified firms (the “Bidder” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and bids will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than Friday, January 23, 2026 at 1:00 pm (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Request for Quotes (RFQ) is to solicit quotes to furnish/provide five (5) 8” Golden Anderson Figure 250-D Lever & Air Cushioned Check Valves, to the City's Waterworks Department.
