Solicitation #22-3774-6255. Issued by Office of Purchasing. The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking bids from qualified firms (the “Bidder” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and bids will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than Monday, July 18, 2022 at 2:00 pm (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to solicit bids to furnish/provide the City’s Engineering Department (Traffic Operations Section) with LED Traffic Signal Modules, on an 'as needed' basis. This IFB shall be the basis for the establishment of a term Contract between the City and a capable Contractor.
