Solicitation #26-2579-2500. Issued by Office of Purchasing. The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking bids from qualified firms (the “Bidder” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and bids will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than December 10, 2025 at 2:00PM (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Request for Quotes (RFQ) is to solicit quotes to furnish/provide custom cigarette heat tax stamps. The stamps will be sold to businesses that sell cigarettes throughout the City of Newport News as proof of local tax payment.
