Solicitation #23-0932-6056. Issued by Office of Purchasing. The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking proposals from qualified firms (the “Offeror” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and proposals will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than Monday, August 15, 2022 at 5:00 pm (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals to furnish/provide maintenance for security cameras and video management systems, on both a scheduled and as needed basis. The City of Newport News, Security Services, is seeking an experienced security technology integrator or service provider to engage in a comprehensive service contract for the maintenance and upkeep of approximately 1,000 security cameras.
