Solicitation #26-1858-0508. Issued by Public Works. The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking bids from qualified firms (the “Bidder” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and bids will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than Friday, December 12, 2025 at 3:00 pm (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to solicit bids to furnish/provide general maintenance, restoration and replacement of street and landscape brick pavers at various locations, streets and walk-ways throughout the City of Newport News as determined by the City’s Public Works Department, on an ‘as needed’ basis.
