Solicitation #26-2210-3000. Issued by Parks and Recreation. The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking bids from qualified firms (the “Bidder” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and bids will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than Friday, October 24, 2025 at 5:00 pm (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Request for Quotes (RFQ) is to solicit quotes to furnish/provide janitorial services at several areas at the Deer Run Golf Course per specifications. The intent is to set up a multi-year contract for services. The City reserves the right to add additional areas and services at the golf course on an as needed basis.
