Official description
Solicitation #22-3301-4725. Issued by Office of Purchasing. The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking proposals from qualified firms (the “Offeror” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and proposals will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than Monday, May 23, 2022 at 5:00 pm (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Unsealed Request for Proposals (URFP) is to solicit proposals to furnish/provide two (2) painted murals at the Four Oaks Day Service and Training Center.. The mural will be located on City-owned property, specifically the courtyard/ community garden located at Four Oaks, 7401 Warwick Blvd, Newport News VA 23607. See Attachment A, Exhibit I.
