Solicitation #26-1736-0508. Issued by Human Resources. The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking proposals from qualified firms (the “Offeror” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and proposals will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than Wednesday, October 1, 2025 at 11:30 pm (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals to furnish/provide comprehensive primary care and other health services through Health Center(s) for eligible active employees, their dependents, pre-65 retirees and City Council Members of the City of Newport News enrolled in the City’s health benefits program.
