Solicitation #26-1506-6256. Issued by Commissioner of the Revenue. The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking proposals from qualified firms (the “Offeror” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and proposals will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than Friday, August 22, 2025 at 5:00 pm (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Unsealed Request for Proposals (URFP) is to establish a contract with a qualified Consultant for the revision of existing policies/procedures and development of a Training Manual for the Commissioner of the Revenue's Office.
