Solicitation #26-0857-2500. Issued by Sheriff. The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking bids from qualified firms (the “Bidder” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and bids will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than July 14, 2025, at 2:00p.m. (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Request for Quotes (RFQ) is to solicit quotes to furnish/provide detention mattresses for the inmates at the Newport News City Jail. This solicitation will establish a three (3) year contract and with an annual blanket Purchase Order issued.
