The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking bids from qualified firms (the “Bidder” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and bids will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than Monday, June 30, 2025 at 3:00 pm (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Request for Quotes (RFQ) is to solicit quotes to furnish and install 271 upholstered opera theatre seats and aisle lighting for the Ella Fitzgerald Theater at Downing-Gross Cultural Arts Center.
