The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking bids from qualified firms (the “Bidder” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and bids will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than Tuesday, June 24, 2025 at 1:00 pm (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Request for Quotes (RFQ) is to solicit quotes to furnish/provide ultra pure helium on an 'as needed' basis to the City's Waterworks Department.
