Solicitation #25-3868-3003. Issued by Fire. The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking bids from qualified firms (the “Bidder” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and bids will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than Tuesday, June 10, 2025 at 5:00 pm (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Request for Quotes (RFQ) is to solicit quotes to construct concrete masonry unit (CMU) block walls on several upper floors of the Newport News Fire Department's (NNFD) Fire Training Tower.
