Solicitation #25-3943-3103. Issued by General Services. The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking bids from qualified firms (the “Bidder” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and bids will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than Thursday, May 8, 2025 at 2:00 pm (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to establish a term contract with a qualified Contractor to provide Antifreeze, Greases, Lubricants, and Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) on an 'as needed' basis to the City’s Department of General Services, in accordance with the specifications of this IFB.
