Solicitation #25-3662-3003. Issued by Office of Purchasing. The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking proposals from qualified firms (the “Offeror” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and proposals will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than Thursday, May 1, 2025 at 3:00 pm (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Unsealed Request for Proposals (URFP) is to solicit proposals to furnish/provide for the design and installation of a turnkey audio visual system at An Achievable Dream Tennis Center, located at 1300 Ivy Avenue, Newport News, Virginia 23607.
