Solicitation #25-3814-0508. Issued by Public Works. The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking bids from qualified firms (the “Bidder” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and bids will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than Tuesday, June 10, 2025 at 3:00 pm (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to solicit bids to furnish/provide various types of stone, as described in the specifications of this Invitation for Bids. This IFB shall be the basis for establishing a contract to cover stock requirements for Stone on an as needed basis by the City.
