Solicitation #25-3634-6256. Issued by Office of Purchasing. The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking bids from qualified firms (the “Bidder” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and bids will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than Friday, April 4, 2025 at 2:00 pm (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Request for Quotes (RFQ) is to establish a contract with a qualified Contractor to provide all work and equipment for the installation of LED streetlight fixtures and related items, in accordance with the specifications of this RFQ.
