Solicitation #25-3252-0656. Issued by Office of Purchasing. The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking proposals from qualified firms (the “Offeror” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and proposals will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than Friday, March 7, 2025 at 5:00 pm (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to establish term contracts with qualified service providers for the provision of light/medium duty OEM parts and services for the City’s vehicle fleet. The fleet currently includes 925 Ford vehicles, 126 Chevrolet/GMC vehicles, 69 Dodge/Jeep vehicles, and 19 Nissan vehicles.
