Solicitation #25-3062-0508. Issued by Office of Purchasing. The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking proposals from qualified firms (the “Offeror” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and proposals will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than Wednesday, April 16, 2025 at 11:30 pm (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals to furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, traffic control, permits, tools and equipment necessary to clean, flush, and conduct Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) inspections of the City’s existing storm sewer infrastructure on an as-needed basis.
