Official description
Solicitation #25-3222-6008. Issued by Office of Purchasing. The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking proposals from qualified firms (the “Offeror” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and proposals will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than Monday, March 3, 2025 at 11:45 pm (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Unsealed Request for Proposals (URFP) is to solicit proposals to furnish/provide catering services on as as needed basis. Contractor shall provide all equipment, labor and materials to meet the requirements identified in the URFP. The City intends to award to multiple Offerors and does not guarantee an amount of work to be awarded under each contract.
