Solicitation #22-2346-3356. Issued by Office of Purchasing. The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking bids from qualified firms (the “Bidder” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and bids will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, ProcureNow ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than Tuesday, December 21, 2021 at 2:00 pm (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to solicit bids to replace electronics on 2005 Sea Ark Commander. Offerors must be within 50 mile range of the City of Newport News in order to respond to/facilitate potential maintenance issues.
