Solicitation #25-3300-6008. Issued by Office of Purchasing. The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking proposals from qualified firms (the “Offeror” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and proposals will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than Monday, March 17, 2025 at 11:45 pm (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals to provide a maintenance and service agreement of all hardware and software components of the City’s DSX Electronic Access Control system. The initial contract term shall begin on August 31, 2025.
