Solicitation #22-1960-4725. Issued by Office of Purchasing. The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking bids from qualified firms (the “Bidder” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and bids will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, ProcureNow ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than Friday, November 19, 2021 at 3:00 pm (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Request for Quotes (RFQ) is to solicit quotes to provide requirements for certified speedometer calibration for Police, Sheriff, and Park Ranger Vehicles. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, supplies, and supervision to provide the required services as necessary
