Solicitation #25-3017-6008. Issued by Office of Purchasing. The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking proposals from qualified firms (the “Offeror” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and proposals will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than Thursday, February 13, 2025 at 11:45 pm (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals for a consultant (Contractor) to conduct a comprehensive review of the current development and permitting process, including relevant building code requirements associated with the processes.
