Solicitation #22-2178-6255. Issued by Office of Purchasing. The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking proposals from qualified firms (the “Offeror” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and proposals will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, ProcureNow ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than Tuesday, November 30, 2021 at 5:00 pm (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals to furnish/provide listing, marketing and sales services pertaining to forty-two (42) parcels of City-owned undeveloped land, situate and located in King William's County, Virginia.
