Solicitation #22-2236-3356. Issued by Office of Purchasing. The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking proposals from qualified firms (the “Offeror” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and proposals will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, ProcureNow ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than Thursday, January 13, 2022 at 5:00 pm (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals to provide golf operations Point of Sale and Tee Sheet reservation management system, as well as evaluate the cost/benefit relationship of value added services to include marketing.
