Official description
Solicitation #22-1716-4725. Issued by Office of Purchasing. The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking proposals from qualified firms (the “Offeror” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and proposals will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, ProcureNow ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than Tuesday, November 23, 2021 at 5:00 pm (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals to furnish/provide wraparound services in four (4) focus areas, wraparound coordination, housing resources and assistance, career pathways exploration, and mental health and wellness services, for the Virginia Initiative for Education Work (VIEW) Program. in the City of Newport News Department of Human Services (NNDHS). The City’s intent is to make a single award for all services herein; however, the City reserves the right to make multiple awards if deemed to be in its best interest. Offerors may submit proposals for part or all of the required services.
