Solicitation #25-2669-3103. Issued by Office of Purchasing. The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking bids from qualified firms (the “Bidder” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and bids will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than Friday, December 20, 2024 at 11:00 am (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to solicit bids to furnish/provide Liquid Alum (Aluminum Sulfate) and Liquid Acid Alum (A7) on an as-needed basis to Newport News Waterworks.
