Solicitation #25-2569-3003. Issued by Office of Purchasing. The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking bids from qualified firms (the “Bidder” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and bids will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than Tuesday, March 18, 2025 at 3:00 pm (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to solicit bids to furnish/provide apparel and accessories along with screen printing, embroidery and logo design for various divisions of the City's Department of Parks & Recreation. The City reserves the right to add additional items as needed and to allow additional City departments to purchase items as well.
