Solicitation #22-2002-3356. Issued by Office of Purchasing. The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking bids from qualified firms (the “Bidder” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and bids will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, ProcureNow ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ),to be received no later than Tuesday, October 19, 2021 at 2:00 pm (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to solicit bids to furnish/provide mulch, sand and topsoil for the City of Newport News Athletic Maintenance Division and Parks Landscape Maintenance Division.
