Solicitation #25-2621-0656. Issued by Office of Purchasing. The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking proposals from qualified firms (the “Offeror” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and proposals will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than Monday, December 23, 2024 at 2:00 pm (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals to furnish/provide a full range of commissary services for the inmates, and a trust fund accounting system for the inmates' personal funds at the Newport News City Jail.
