Solicitation #25-2098-5601. Issued by Office of Purchasing. The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking proposals from qualified firms (the “Offeror” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and proposals will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than Friday, October 4, 2024 at 3:00 pm (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Unsealed Request for Proposals (URFP) is to solicit proposals to furnish/provide two (2) Mini Flat Rides – One (1) that spins and One (1) that moves side to side, for the Winter Carnival event to be held Saturday, February 1, 2025; produced by the City of Newport News Parks and Recreation Department, Special Events and Promotions Division.
