Solicitation #25-2437-0656. Issued by Office of Purchasing. The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking proposals from qualified firms (the “Offeror” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and proposals will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than Friday, November 29, 2024 at 2:00 pm (local prevailing time). The City of Newport News requests proposals from qualified Offerors (“Providers”) to provide individual and group counseling for those suffering with substance abuse and behavioral issues to clients for the Community Crossroads Program under supervision of the Office of the Sheriff.
