Solicitation #25-1504-0508. Issued by Office of Purchasing. The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking proposals from qualified firms (the “Offeror” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and proposals will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than Tuesday, October 22, 2024 at 5:00 pm (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals to furnish/provide Career Pathways education, mentor, and coaching services using group education and individualized meetings to identify and develop career education plans leading to sustainable employment opportunities upon completion of education/career training program.
