Solicitation #25-1880-0656. Issued by Office of Purchasing. The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking bids from qualified firms (the “Bidder” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and bids will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than Monday, October 7, 2024 at 2:00 pm (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to solicit bids from qualified firms to establish a term contract for the furnishing/provision of Vehicle Caps, Tonneau Covers and Accessories, to include configuration and installation services, on an 'as needed' basis to the City's General Services Department.
