Solicitation #25-1687-3103. Issued by Office of Purchasing. The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking bids from qualified firms (the “Bidder” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and bids will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than Thursday, September 5, 2024 at 2:00 pm (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) to establish a term contract with a qualified Contractor for the furnishing/provision of traffic sign posts and fully punched anchors to the City's Department of Engineering on an 'as needed' basis.
