Solicitation #24-3901-3100. Issued by Office of Purchasing. The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking bids from qualified firms (the “Bidder” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and bids will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than Thursday, June 20, 2024 at 1:00 pm (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Request for Quotes (RFQ) is to solicit quotes to furnish/provide Hubbell Electric Water Heaters or a commercial-grade equivalent. Commercial grade equivalent must be approved by the Waterworks Department prior to award. Specifications of the commercial-grade equivalent must be submitted with the quote.
