VDOT is soliciting bids from qualified firms to provide a conference facilities package including conference facilities, overnight lodging, parking and meals for approximately seven hundred and fifty (750) local government leaders, consultant engineers, contractors, and VDOT staff from across Virginia to discuss delivery of Local Transportation Programs and Projects.
