Description: Johnson County is seeking to enter into a services contract with a competent administration/management firm or professional service provider to assist the County in preparing an application for and the overall management and administration of a Texas Community Development Block Grant (TxCDBG) award from the Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA) for an eligible 2027-2028 transportation project. The following outlines the request for proposals. Scope of Work - The professional administration/management firm/consultant to be hired is to provide application and contract-related management services to Johnson County, including but not limited to the following areas: Project closes Oct 21, 2026 2:00 PM CDT.
