Reference #26-122. Description: Galveston County is soliciting qualifications from licensed professional engineering firms to provide pre-award application services and post award professional engineering services in support of the Community Development Block Grant Mitigation Reallocation Program (CDBG-MRP), administered in Texas by the Texas General Land Office (GL:O).
The selected firm(s) will assist Galveston County in preparing application(s) for and, if funded, the implementation of one or more projects under the CDBG-MRP. At the time of this solicitation, the County has not identified specific projects for submission. The selected firm(s) will assist the County in developing potential project scope, budget, project map(s), proposed service/impact areas, and other technical information necessary for submission of up to three MRP applications. Project closes Oct 08, 2026 2:30 PM CDT.
