Reference #26-121. Description: Galveston Cunty is currently soliciting proposals from qualified Grant Services Consultants to provide comprehensive professional administration services for the implementation of the Texas General Land Office's CDBG - Mitigation Reallocation Program (MRP). These services encompass a wide range of responsibilities, developing project scope and application services, general grant and project management, environmental review services, and acquisition services (if applicable). Additionally, the selected provided or providers will be responsible for the implementation of grant-funded programs and all necessary activities associated with grant compliance, monitoring and reporting to ensure the county meets all state and federal requirements.

Service providers may submit proposals described in the solicitation. The County reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine the number of contracts awarded or to decide not to award any contracts at all. All specific submission requirements. deadlines, and evaluation criteria for this proposal are included in the formal RFP document. Project closes Oct 08, 2026 2:00 PM CDT.
