Mandatory Site Visit A mandatory site visit will be held on the dates and at the locations in the chart below to survey the facility and discuss the requirements of the solicitation. The site visit will commence promptly at noted time, barring an unforeseen circumstance that results in a delay of the site visit. Attendance will be taken. The State will not be responsible to an Offeror for its failure to obtain information discussed during the site visit due to its arriving after the site visit has convened. The State may disqualify Offerors who fail to attend the mandatory site visit at all Work locations within the region for which they are submitting an Offer.
