IFB: Invitation for Bid (w/ Min Quals). Issued by State Highway Administration. Category: Cleaning and janitorial services. 1 Minimum Qualifications 1.1 Bidder Minimum Qualifications The Bidder must document in its Bid that it satisfies the following Minimum Qualifications: A. The Bidder shall maintain a current active State of Maryland Business License. The Bidder shall provide documentation of business license prior to award of contract. B. The Bidder shall have been in the commercial janitorial service business for a minimum of five (5) years and have available a minimum workforce of three (3) employees who each have a minimum of one (1) year of experience in commercial janitorial service. Proof of the Bidder’s qualifications may be requested at MDOT SHA’s sole discretion. C. The Bidder shall provide with its Bid "Attachment L Reference Checks" with three (3) references filled out. The Bidder shall include the name, the address, the telephone number, and the point-of-contact for at least three (3) firms, for which the bidder provided commercial janitorial services within the preceding twenty-four (24) months. References may be checked prior Small Business Reserve designation.
