Public Notice. Issued by Frederick County Public Schools. Category: Building and Facility Construction and Maintenance Services. The intent of this solicitation is to qualify and select general construction contractors to perform construction, repair, rehabilitation, and maintenance work on an as-needed basis for projects managed by the FCPS Construction Management and Maintenance Departments. Award under this solicitation will establish a pool of pre-qualified Contractors eligible to compete for future project opportunities and does not constitute an award of an individual construction project or guarantee any minimum amount of work.
