On-Call Facilities Services - Trades, Mechanical & Fuel Tank Maintenance

The County Commissioners of Charles County are requesting sealed bids from qualified Contractors to perform various on-call building improvements, mechanical, and trade services in and around County owned buildings and facilities. The following services are being solicited: A. General Building Improvement Contractors B. On-Call Mechanical Services-HVAC C. On-Call Electrical Services D. On-Call Mechanical Services-Plumbing E. On-Call Maintenance-Fuel Tank Services F. On-Call Painting Services Bidders may bid on one or multiple service areas depending on qualifications and licensing. This is an indefinite quantity contract where no minimum quantity is guaranteed. Inasmuch as any work under this agreement will be done "as required", there is no guarantee that work will be on a continual basis.
