On-call plumbing services for city facilities

The City of Gaithersburg (“City”) is seeking sealed Proposals from qualified contractors to provide maintenance, repair and installation services for plumbing equipment at various City-owned or leased facilities and parks on an “as needed” basis, through the issuance of Executed Task Orders. The City wishes to award individual time-and-material contracts to up to two (2) successful Offerors for durations up to five (5) years. Estimated total value for the Contract is not to exceed One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00) per twelve (12) month period total to selected Contractor(s) selected to provide the Services, as compensation for individual Task Orders. Estimated value is for planning purposes only; there is no guarantee of annual work issued under the Contract. The Contractor shall not charge the City Portal-to-Portal costs.
