INVITATION TO BID CAROLINE COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS ROOF REPLACEMENT AT THE CAROLINE COUNTY DETENTION CENTER (AKA ANDREW BUILDING) RFP# CCDC2027-01 The County Commissioners of Caroline County are accepting bids (written quotes) for the Roof Replacement at the Caroline County Detention Center (AKA Andrew Building). The scope of this contract includes, but is not limited to: Removal and replacement of all slate roofs Removal and replacement of all flat roofs Electronic copies of the RFP, drawings, plans, and bid forms may be obtained by email request to (on the official posting) or by accessing the County website at the following link: https://www.carolinemd.org/bids.aspx. A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting will be held on 10/14/2026 at 11:00 am at the County Courthouse located at 109 Market Street, MD 21629. Bidders are required to attend.
