The County Commissioners of Caroline County are accepting bids (written quotes) for the Roof Replacement at the Caroline County Detention Center (AKA Andrew Building). The scope of this contract includes, but is not limited to: Removal and replacement of all slate roofs Removal and replacement of all flat roofs
