The City of Cheyenne Historic Preservation Board is requesting proposals from qualified Historic Preservation Professionals to provide their services to conduct an African American Cultural Resource Survey. A cultural resource survey is the basic building block for any local preservation program. Information gathered forms the foundation for nearly every decision affecting a City’s historic buildings and neighborhoods, guiding the planning, maintenance and investment decisions of City officials, property owners, neighborhood groups and developers.
