Solicitation #E-25-26. Issued by Purchasing. The City of Cheyenne is conducting a Sealed Bid Surplus Sale of a City-Owned Property located at 3425 Christensen Road, Cheyenne, WY. The Property was appraised at $490,000.00. The City will receive sealed bids for the property, and the award shall be made to the responsive bidder submitting the highest offer. There is not a reserve price / minimum price, however the City reserves the right to reject all bids if an acceptable offer is not received. Notice of Postponement The scheduled Property Preview / Walk-Through and the entire bid schedule have been postponed indefinitely due to unforeseen property condition issues. A revised bid schedule, including a new date for the Property Preview / Walk-Through, will be established and announced once the property is ready for sale.
